The CD/DVD drive may not be compatible with the Microsoft AHCI driver (msahci.sys) Next, restart the computer and press any key when you are prompted and start Setup. Be sore the DVD is completely clean and dry before re-inserting into the CD/DVD drive. If the DVD is dirty or smudged, clean the DVD with warm water and a soft cloth. If your installing Windows to an older PC, the CD/DVD drive may not be compatible with Windows 7 and Windows Vista, the CD/DVD drive may need to be replaced.
